OH&S

Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S)

The most important priority on any worksite is the health and safety of our staff, clients, and members of the public who may be present. Worksites can be potentially dangerous, and at Cobra, we operate under strict safety guidelines to ensure our worksites remain incident-free.

Before starting any painting project, we carry out a detailed risk assessment to identify potential hazards. This is documented in a Safe Work Method Statement (SWMS), which all staff are required to read, understand, and sign.

Once a project begins, the Cobra Painting team holds a pre-start meeting every morning. We invite all stakeholders to attend, providing an opportunity to offer feedback and raise any safety concerns. Cobra Painting prides itself on strong communication.

Whether it's a full building washdown or a complete repaint, we ensure the site is safe from the start. We handle all necessary permits, licences, and access requirements such as scaffolding and EWP (Elevated Work Platform) lifts.

All safety barricades and signage are always in place to keep our staff, clients, and the public aware of their surroundings.

Think Safe – Work Safe – Home Safe.
